Product Overview
Our RBMS07-S20 industrial rack BMS adopts a tiered master-slave control framework (BMU + Rack Master + Cluster SBMS). This 4U high-voltage solution fits 16-cell lithium modules, supporting full configurations up to 160S 512V or customized 128S 409.6V with 250A continuous output. It works seamlessly with LiFePO4, NCM and LTO cells, covering commercial energy storage, home battery systems, off-grid solar stations, carport PV storage, microgrids and industrial UPS backup power.
RBMS07-S20 Rack BMS Design
This complete BMS package consists of one main rack controller plus ten independent cell monitoring BMUs and matched signal cables. An extra cluster SBMS controller is optional when multiple battery cabinets run in parallel to achieve unified cross-rack data exchange and coordinated operation. All hardware follows our V2.0 industrial standard, carrying CE and RoHS certifications for global energy projects.
Standard Package Contents
For 160S 512V / 128S 250A energy storage systems, one full kit includes:
  • RBMS07-S20 4U rack master BMS (two-wire design, standard 19-inch cabinet, front wiring layout for simple maintenance)
  • 10 pcs BMU07-16S cell monitoring units, each equipped with 8 temperature detection probes and a 48V fan power port
  • Complete voltage & temperature sampling harnesses, available in 600/900/1200mm customizable lengths
  • Cascaded CAN communication wires with standard 120Ω terminal resistors for anti-interference long-distance transmission
  • Optional add-on: SBMS cluster controller, mandatory if more than one battery rack is connected in parallel for centralized management
